These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Emergency Electrician Houston website and the electrical services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Emergency Electrician Houston LLC provides residential and commercial electrical services in the Greater Houston, Texas area. All work is performed by licensed electricians in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable local building codes.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free written estimates for planned electrical work. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may differ from estimates if the scope of work changes due to unforeseen conditions discovered during the project. Any changes will be communicated and approved by the customer before additional work is performed.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For projects exceeding $5,000, a deposit may be required before work begins.

Warranty

We warranty our workmanship for one year from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in installation and labor. Manufacturer warranties on materials and equipment are separate and vary by product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, or modifications made by others after our work is complete.

Liability

Emergency Electrician Houston LLC is fully insured and bonded. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Cancellation

Scheduled appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
